Keith Sheppard
Managing Director
Keith has been involved through out his career in a diverse range of projects from major retail development, industrial and civil works to office fit outs and roll out programs. Keith has over 15 years of experience as both a Project and Construction Manager.
The list of projects include, Arnotts Shopping centre ($60m), Darling Harbour Olympic Overlay project ($50m), Telstra Call Centre Optimisation Program ($60m), Telstra Executive Conference Facility ($10m) Sensis ($18m) to building upgrades at 175 Liverpool Street and 231 Elizabeth Street.
Keith was previously a National Contract Manager for one of Australia's premier project management and construction companies, managing the delivery of the Capital works portfolios of ANZ Bank, Telstra, Sensis and other corporate clients.
Keith specialises in working with the client, building teams to match client needs, providing innovative and effective solutions to issues and problems.
Raymond Cowan
Project Director
Raymond is one of KSA Projects most experienced Project Managers, with experience through an extensive range of large and small projects. Practical skills as a project manager have ensured his success in construction management.

• Children's Hospital Westmead - $500m
• Woolworths Support Office - Baulkham Hills NSW $210m

Raymond's experience in the industry and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships will ensure success of the project.
Ronny Gammone
General Manager
Ronny has over 15 years experience in the construction industry as a Project and Site Manager. Ronny has worked on numerous projects between $500K to $25m, from civil works to commercial and retail refurbishments.
Relevant retail experience includes retail rollouts for ANZ, Flight Centre, and various other retail shop fitouts. Ronny's broad range of skills ensures flexibility and innovative problems solving ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality and cost. Ronny's strengths are listening and return questioning, analysis and implementation.
Ronny is able to accurately and sensitively share information and build teams with shared objectives and goals.
Russell Mengersen
State Manager, Western Australia
Russell has considerable experience as a Site Manager and Project Manager, in the Commercial and Building sector in Australia. In particular, experience has been gained in all aspects of the Commercial fit out and refurbishments for the banking sector, from dealing with the trades on site to Clients and Consultants in developing the concepts, documentation, tendering, contract administration and financial reporting.

Nick Loan
State Manager, Queensland
Nick has fifteen years property and projects management experience in most facets of the market both as a project manager and as a consultant. He has been involved in residential and commercial property in the New South Wales market mainly and has been focused on value add opportunities in development/ refurbishment projects. Nick's experience in retail work and his ability to co-ordinate projects from start to finish have been instrumental in solvingissues for clients such as NSW Parliament, Jesters Pies, Six Degrees Media and TABCORP amongst others.
Nick has also been involved in the management of a number of property portfolio which enables clients to maximize returns and minimize loss of income potential. Nick's management philosophy is to promote sustainable development to provide net positive social, economic and environmental improvements.
Jace O'Connor
Retail Manager
Jace brings excellent Project and Construction Management skills to the team. Jace has delivered and managed retail and commercial projects across Australia for several of KSA's blue chip clients. Jace's skills are in overall project management from inception through construction to financial and project closeout, including client liaison and liaison with contractors and suppliers. Key projects include:
• Lucas Heights Nuclear Reactor
• Walsh Bay heritage listed town dock
• Reserve Bank of Australia, fit out of computer lab
• Balmoral Beach Waters Edge Boating Club and café
• Structural upgrade to North Sydney Train station including erection of impact deflection structures
