• Electrical, data and communications installations
• Air conditioning, plumbing and fire services installations
• Suspended ceilings
• Floor coverings

Under a Construction Management type of contract KSA Projects apply a percentage fee for administration and supervision, all trades and materials are tendered on the client's behalf and supplied at cost.
